We created this interactive cost calculator to help you understand both your initial and your ongoing investment in de-escalation training.

How to Use the Cost Calculators:

Note: The left side of the page is for pricing with RIGHT RESPONSE, while the right side is for a comparison program either being used or considered.

  • Determine which level of RIGHT RESPONSE Instructor you will need (Advanced or Elements) using the drop down.

  • Enter in the dollar amount it will cost to train one instructor at a comparable level for the Comparison Program.

  • For both sides, use the slider to indicate the numbers of Instructors needed (up to 10).

  • For Instructor Recertification for the Comparison Program, determine how much it costs for one instructor to recertify and divide that by the number of years that certification is good for. Enter that dollar number in the field.

  • Use the sliders on both sides for the number of instructors (up to 10) and the number of years you plan to use either training program.

  • For RIGHT RESPONSE Workshop Materials, choose the level that corresponds with the level of Instructor above.

  • For the Comparison Program, total up all costs associated with producing materials for one person. These may include purchased materials, certificate costs, costs to print a manual including labor, etc.). Enter that amount in the field.

  • Use the sliders for both programs to indicate the approximate number of people trained each year and the number of years you anticipate training them.

  • Take a look at the numbers and see how we compare!
