RIGHT RESPONSE Mentor Trainer and Instructional Designer
I've been training since: 2014
I've been with SA since: 2014
I have studied and worked in many different fields, and found I have passion for learning and helping others do the same. When I started training at Service Alternatives, I somehow stumbled into exactly the right combination of my skills and interests. I am continually working to learn more and apply my skills in creative ways to the training I conduct and to my role as Instruction Designer.
I attend a weekly pub trivia night and I have a great deal of interests, but I consistently come back to learn and do more with leadership development, international affairs, graphic design, and home brewing.

What does training mean to me?
Good training is the facilitation of the learning process according to the unique needs of your participants, and good training materials should have the flexibility to allow for this. Some training is information-based, and some is performance-based, but all of it should be engaging and adaptable.
