Our Training Consultants are frequently used to provide behavioral consultations for specific individuals with identified behavioral challenges. At your request we provide a range of supports which includes direct observation, interviews, documentation and program reviews and team debriefings. We provide verbal and written recommendations. In order to provide you with the best opportunity to maintain proficient crisis management instruction, we offer a Mentorship Observation which may be substituted for the written test for consideration of instructor recertification. The service is designed to help your instructor increase their skill and competency as well as increase your ability to manage your liabilities in the area of crisis intervention. The Mentorship Observation features the review of an actual class taught by your instructor by a RIGHT RESPONSE Workshop Instructor Trainer who will provide written and verbal feedback to the instructor.
