Service Details

We make every effort to provide accommodation to participants who attend our classes with special needs and/or disabling conditions. Reasonable accommodation should be requested by contacting the Training Administrator at least 10 days before the training.

Payment Details

Payment Terms: Registration must be prepaid except by prior arrangement. At this time, we accept checks, money orders, purchase orders, and State direct-deposit. No credit cards accepted at this time.
Cancellation: Rescheduling is made free of charge with 60 days written notice (max 2 reschedulings). A 10% rescheduling fee is assessed with less than 60 days notice. A 20% cancellation fee is applied to all workshop cancellations.



Please note: Registration not complete until you receive a confirmation. Registration must be prepaid except by prior arrangement. For attendance at an Service Alternatives Training Institute, confirmation correspondence will include location address and directions.
